My Story

I am caring and compassionate. At the core of my therapeutic work is cultivating a safe therapeutic relationship based on mutual trust, respect and understanding.

I truly value diversity of backgrounds, identities, and experiences. I strive to be culturally sensitive and inclusive in my practice.

I am passionate about collaborative work and finding ways together towards enhancing your psychological well-being and progressing towards your valued goals. We all have the potential to overcome obstacles and effect positive changes in our circumstances that are rewarding and meaningful.
